INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP MEDITATIONS

Are you curious about meditation? Have you heard about numerous benefits of this practice and would like to experience them for yourself? Maybe you have tried meditation but had some struggles with it?

It is a pleasure to invite you to learn meditation with me.
In my 1-2-1 and group sessions you will explore the theory, science behind meditation and of course the practice. If you are a beginner looking for an in-depth introduction to meditation, or an advanced meditator longing to go deeper and to refresh your practice, it will be honoured to support you on your journey.

You will learn how to:

  • Be more present in your life

  • Find place of balance and stability within

  • Become open and curious towards your experiences

  • Develop compassion and awareness

  • Create better relationships with yourself and others

  • Feel more playful and at ease

 

Practicing meditation is like doing a mental cleansing. We all have a good habit to take care of our bodies. We brush our teeth, we shower, we do physical exercises to look and feel good. But why don’t we do the same for our mind? It is with the help of our mind instrument we perceive every moment of our lives. And meditation is a way to shape and optimise this instrument to more skilfully and graciously meet each moment of our life.

My rate is £80 per session.
